Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000
• Sign On Bonus – $5,000
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 90% (Under $30 per pay period)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• Reports to the Executive Director
• Overseeing interdisciplinary teams
• Provide Care to patients at their homes when necessary

Requirements

• Clear and active RN license in the state of Georgia
• Hospice Experience Required - 2 Years
