Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the clinical office to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Manage administrative staff, including interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to streamline patient care and office workflows.
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction.
Manage inventory.
Address patient inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient office management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a clinical office manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
Willingness to travel between clinics as needed.
