About the Role:

Jewish Family Service of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Director of Clinical Operations to lead and elevate their clinical programs in Somerville, NJ. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health and social services to individuals and families in the community. Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across all service lines, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance

Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to licensed clinicians and support staff

Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols

Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth initiatives

Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation standards, and quality assurance metrics

Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements

Maintain a clinical caseload and facilitate or supervise facilitation of groups

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work

Active NJ licensure (LCSW) required

Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services nonprofit settings preferred

Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, case management, and trauma-informed care

Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive program outcomes

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
