    Your Role

    This is a hybrid position combining:

    • Clinic operations leadership • Patient consultation support • Growth and conversion improvement

    What You’ll Do

    Operations

    • Oversee daily clinic flow • Support staff and maintain efficiency • Ensure a high-quality patient experience

    Patient Conversion & Growth

    • Help patients understand treatment options • Support care plan discussions • Participate in financial conversations • Track and improve consult-to-treatment conversion • Follow up with patients after visits

    Relationship Building

    • Build local referral and wellness relationships • Support events and community outreach

    Who You Are

    • Strong communicator • Comfortable discussing care plans and costs • Interested in both patient care and growth • Organized and goal-oriented • Motivated by measurable results

    Clinical background (RN, LPN, MA) strongly preferred but not required.

    Compensation

    Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000

    Bonuses tied to:

    • Conversion rates • Revenue per consult • Patient retention • Clinic growth
