We are building a premium regenerative performance clinic focused on active adults, athletes, executives, and high performers who want non-surgical solutions.
We are hiring a Clinical Operations & Growth Director to serve as the operational right-hand to physician leadership and drive practice growth.
Position Overview
This is a hybrid leadership role combining medical office operations management, team leadership, patient enrollment and conversion support, membership growth, and community relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Operations Leadership
Oversee daily clinic workflow
Lead team huddles and coordinate scheduling efficiency
Supervise front desk and clinical support staff
Maintain workflow compliance and documentation standards
Oversee insurance, DME, and billing coordination
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems
Enrollment & Conversion Management
Support regenerative medicine consult workflows
Participate in structured financial discussions
Present care plans clearly and confidently
Track consult-to-enrollment conversion rates
Conduct 48-hour follow-up calls
Improve membership retention and patient lifetime value
Experience in membership sales, concierge healthcare, wellness, or retail sales leadership is strongly preferred.
Growth & Community Development
Build relationships with local gyms, trainers, and wellness providers
Support physician referral relationships
Attend community networking events
Assist with educational workshops and patient events
Support organic marketing initiatives
Marketing & Technology Support
Assist with light social media coordination
Support CRM tracking and email marketing
Help update website content and educational materials
Monitor growth metrics and KPIs
Must be comfortable with practice management software, CRM tools, and basic marketing systems.
Qualifications
3–7+ years medical office management or practice administration OR leadership experience in fitness, wellness, concierge healthcare, or membership-based services
Experience improving conversion rates
Experience managing staff
KPI-driven mindset
Emotional intelligence and professional maturity
Passion for health, performance, or regenerative medicine
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)
Quarterly Performance Bonuses tied to:
