At Tricare Home Health Services Inc., we’ve been proudly serving San Antonio as a family-owned, patient-first agency since 1996. We're looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our close-knit in-office team in a full-time, Monday–Friday role.

This is the perfect job for a nurse who loves variety, thrives behind the scenes, and enjoys bringing order to the chaos of care coordination, chart reviews, and compliance prep. You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day — but you will be a key part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

📝 Care Coordination – Review charts, update care plans, help get us survey-ready ☎️ Follow-Up & Communication – Track orders, follow up with physicians, assist patients 🗂️ Compliance & QA – Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready 🔄 Pitch In Where Needed – Handle intake questions, clinical requests, and provide general support to our DON and admin

👀 What We’re Looking For:

Active LVN or RN license in Texas

1–3+ years of nursing experience (home health a plus)

Organized and proactive — you love solving problems and finding what’s missing

Comfortable with independent work, but a strong team player

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
