We are seeking a strong clinical leader (RN preferred) to become the right-hand partner to the physician owner of a growing regenerative medicine practice in Metro Detroit.
ANEW Regenerative Medicine Specialists focuses on helping patients heal using their body’s own natural healing ability.
We specialize in:
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) • Prolotherapy • Non-surgical joint care • Performance and recovery optimization
ANEW is supported by an established medical practice, Pain & Rehabilitation Physicians, P.C., a respected outpatient musculoskeletal and interventional pain clinic serving Metro Detroit.

About the Role
This is not a traditional office manager position.
This role combines:
• Clinical leadership • Patient experience and education • Operations management • Practice growth
You will help patients understand their condition, feel confident in their care plan, and move forward with treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations Leadership
• Oversee daily clinic flow • Lead and support front and back office staff • Ensure a high-quality patient experience • Maintain efficient, organized workflows • Step in to solve problems as needed
Patient Experience & Enrollment
• Help patients understand treatment recommendations • Reinforce physician care plans • Answer questions with clarity and empathy • Participate in financial discussions when appropriate • Follow up with patients after consultations
You are not “selling”—you are guiding patients toward informed decisions.
Growth & Community Engagement
• Support membership growth and retention • Build relationships with local gyms and wellness providers • Assist with patient education events • Help grow community awareness
Who We’re Looking For
We strongly prefer candidates with a clinical background:
• RN (preferred) • LPN or experienced MA (considered)
We will also consider candidates with strong experience in:
• Medical office leadership • Wellness, fitness, or membership-based services
Ideal traits:
• Strong communication skills • Compassionate and patient-centered • Comfortable discussing treatment plans and costs • Organized and systems-oriented • Calm under pressure
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000
Performance Bonuses Based On:
• Patient enrollment • Membership growth • Patient satisfaction • Clinic performance
