Help Patients Heal Without Surgery—While Building Something Meaningful

We are seeking a strong clinical leader (RN preferred) to become the right-hand partner to the physician owner of a growing regenerative medicine practice in Metro Detroit.

ANEW Regenerative Medicine Specialists focuses on helping patients heal using their body’s own natural healing ability.

    We specialize in:

    • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) • Prolotherapy • Non-surgical joint care • Performance and recovery optimization

ANEW is supported by an established medical practice, Pain & Rehabilitation Physicians, P.C., a respected outpatient musculoskeletal and interventional pain clinic serving Metro Detroit.

This unique structure provides both stability and growth opportunity—allowing us to deliver cutting-edge care while building something new.

    Our mission is simple:

Help patients reduce pain, avoid surgery, and return to the life they love.

    About the Role

This is not a traditional office manager position.

    This role combines:

    • Oversee daily clinic flow • Lead and support front and back office staff • Ensure a high-quality patient experience • Maintain efficient, organized workflows • Step in to solve problems as needed

    Patient Experience & Enrollment

    • Help patients understand treatment recommendations • Reinforce physician care plans • Answer questions with clarity and empathy • Participate in financial discussions when appropriate • Follow up with patients after consultations

You are not “selling”—you are guiding patients toward informed decisions.

    Growth & Community Engagement

    • Support membership growth and retention • Build relationships with local gyms and wellness providers • Assist with patient education events • Help grow community awareness

    Who We’re Looking For

We strongly prefer candidates with a clinical background:

    • RN (preferred) • LPN or experienced MA (considered)

We will also consider candidates with strong experience in:

    • Medical office leadership • Wellness, fitness, or membership-based services

    Ideal traits:

    Compensation

    Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000

    Performance Bonuses Based On:

    • Patient enrollment • Membership growth • Patient satisfaction • Clinic performance

    Why This Role Is Different

    • Work directly with the physician owner • Be part of a rapidly growing regenerative medicine clinic • Help patients avoid surgery and improve quality of life • Grow into a long-term leadership role
