    Job Position: Clinical Operations Support Associate

    The Clinical Operations Support Associate serves as a pivotal coordinator within the department, ensuring operational excellence. This role is instrumental in driving key initiatives in process optimization, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

    Essential Functions:

    • Supports leadership through high-capacity data synthesis, real-time tracker updates, and coordinating departmental training and report distribution.
    • Supports leadership in the production of management/clinical reports and presentations, guaranteeing precision and consistency across all high-level documents.
    • Assists leadership with departmental projects centered on program development, patient satisfaction and safety, workflow efficiency and regulatory alignment.
    • Streamlines cross-functional communication, ensure information was accurately disseminated and followed up, with all inquiries resolved promptly and effectively.
    • Manages high-precision data entry and record-keeping, consistently meeting departmental standards for accuracy and reliability.
    • Provides flexible operational support by managing special assignments and ad hoc tasks to ensure seamless departmental workflow.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred; proficiency in reading Chinese is an advantage
    • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads by leveraging multiple systems, including EMR platforms and internal portals, with speed and accuracy
    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Prior graphic design experience is an asset
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively and organize complex workflows in a team environment
    • Excellent teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills
    • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and courteous demeanor
    • Prior experience in a medical setting and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred but not required
    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
