A highly regarded, licensed, not-for-profit, substance use prevention agency located in Southern Westchester, is seeking a part-time director to oversee a variety of well-received community programs, and provide clinical supervision to a small group of counselors.
Responsibilities include management and supervision of evidence based programs implemented in Harrison elementary, and middle schools. The director will work as a team member to develop, monitor, and adjust an annual work-plan of prevention specific programs.
Effectively communicate with clients between the ages of 5-20, their families and other community stakeholders including board of directors, community school administrators, and local government.
Requirements:
· Advanced Social Work degree with current LCSW license from New York State.
· 3+ years of professional experience including direct supervisory experience.
· Knowledge of OASAS programs preferred, but not required.
Schedule:
21-25 hours a week
Monday to Friday
No weekends
