Are you a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) with a passion for hematology, oncology, and transplant patient care? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our collaborative team at MountainView Hospital—a key partner in the nationally renowned Sarah Cannon Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program.
This full-time role offers autonomy, clinical leadership, and the opportunity to work alongside top-tier providers in the delivery of advanced treatments, including CAR T-cell, BiTE therapies, stem cell transplants, and other cutting-edge oncology regimens.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct clinical pharmacy services in both outpatient oncology and inpatient BMT units.
Collaborate with hematologists, oncologists, BMT specialists, and nursing staff to develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
Monitor therapeutic drug levels, perform medication therapy reviews, and manage chemotherapy/biotherapy regimens.
Support development and implementation of evidence-based order sets, protocols, and clinical pathways.
Educate and counsel patients undergoing complex cancer treatments including immunotherapies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research efforts related to oncology and transplant pharmacy.
Represent the pharmacy department on hospital committees relevant to oncology and BMT.
Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – Required
Active Nevada Pharmacist License – Required
Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) – Required
PGY2 Residency in Oncology or BMT Pharmacy – Strongly Preferred
Minimum 5 years of clinical oncology pharmacy experience (with preference for BMT/Oncology clinic experience under collaborative practice agreements)

Competitive Pay & Benefits:
Salary Range: $133,000–$170,000 annually (based on experience)
Hourly Equivalent: $64.16 – $83.41/hour
Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour
