Clinical Pharmacist
Clinical Pharmacist needed in Allentown, PA.

Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($118,000 - $162,000/year)

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- EMR - EPIC
- Provide pharmaceutical care and education to patients
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Dispense and verify prescription medications
- Conduct patient education and pharmaceutical consultations
Requirements
- Clear and active license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of pharmacy experience or completion of PGY-1 residency
- Authorization to Administer Injectables in Pennsylvania
- Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or other relevant BPS certification preferred upon hired
