Clinical Pharmacy Manager Work Arrangement: Onsite – Hospital-based role Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Shift

The Manager, Clinical Pharmacy, at Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, Oregon, is responsible and accountable for planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and managing high-quality pharmaceutical care services.

This role focuses on ensuring pharmaceutical services for patients, clients, and staff are delivered in accordance with the highest professional standards. The successful candidate will bring a strong pharmacy background, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-focused care.

Previous management experience and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree are preferred.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy.

Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.

At least 2 years of pharmacy experience in the applicable area.

Commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in a hospital environment.

Ability to perform pharmacy responsibilities in accordance with professional standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.

At least 1 year of management experience.

Experience coordinating or managing pharmacy services.

Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
