Responsibilities: • Evaluate and analyze behavioral or emotional patterns that might help patients better understand and anticipate their own behavior • Create and manage treatment plans and therapeutic procedures, as well as conduct frequent meetings or sessions to track client progress • Write articles, research papers, and reports to share findings and educate others • Offer patients referral services to outside therapists, clinics, and treatment facilities • Diagnose problems by identifying psychological, emotional, behavioral, or organizational concerns • Diagnostic interviewing, assessment planning, and providing feedback to clients and family members • Supervision of psychometrists and doctoral/post-doctoral interns • Diagnostic report writing Qualifications: • Previous supervised experience of 1-3 years under a licensed psychologist is required • This position requires passage of the EPPP (Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology) • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice by the ASPPB (Association of State and Provincial Licensing Boards) • We require a master’s degree and a Doctorate of Psychology (PhD, EdD, PsyD) • Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills • Must be licensed to practice psychology in the State of Texas • Must have a PhD in Psychology or PsyD Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 yearly
