New patient phone calls will be routed, answered, matched, and scheduled by our dedicated client care team...including all new patient intake forms. Another dedicated team manages billing and collections to ensure all insurance claims get processed and paid promptly.

Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Full-Time status Candidates need to maintain an outpatient therapy caseload in addition to providing psychological testing
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university
Candidates preferably hold an active psychologist license in the state of Illinois, post-doctoral fellows may be considered
Relevant clinical experience with providing direct services to clients, including psychological or neuropsychological testing, facilitating traditional therapy sessions, development and review of treatment plans, and maintaining appropriate documentation of testing services and therapy sessions, as well as necessary case management services
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
Ability and willingness to provide incident-to-bill services to pre-licensed therapists
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience with psychological testing services and evaluating for ASD, LD, and ADHD
Preferred experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
