We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist who shares our passion for client well-being and outcomes to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Texas!
We are seeking part-time or full-time PhD or PsyD to join our team. You should be capable of managing both assessments and therapeutic guidance in a private practice setting. The role offers flexibility for in-office and remote work.
Role & Responsibilities:
Clinical Assessments & Therapy:
Help build and sustain a practice focused on clinical assessments and maintain a modest client caseload of up to 10 clients.
Psychological Assessments:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
Mentorship:
Provide mentorship to associate licensed therapists, review case notes, and ensure high standards of client care and documentation
Billing Supervision:
In conjunction with our Clinic Director, supervise and support therapists to ensure clinical & billing accuracy
Coordination:
Work with case managers, families, medical personnel, and the Clinic Director to provide comprehensive care.
Community Engagement:
Participate in outreach initiatives and contribute to the clinic's mission of filling gaps in mental health services.

What qualifications you will need:
PsyD or PhD in social, behavior, marriage, and family therapy or human services field, including but not limited to: psychology, counseling, human development, and educational psychology.
Licensure: Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Texas
At least 2 years of clinical experience: experience in mental health documentation, insurance billing, and working with a diverse client population.
Must maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License and be insurable under Ellie Mental Health Auto policy.
Knowledge of and ability to apply crisis intervention techniques.
Strong diagnostic skills, the ability to incorporate client history, symptoms, environmental and related issues to formulate proper diagnosis and treatment.
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide clear, concise, and well-constructed written documentation.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to work autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Bilingual English/Spanish
Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approach to mental health
Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
Experience evaluating for ASD, ADHD, & learning disabilities
Preferred experience with couples and families
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing
