Large managed care company is looking for a Clinical Quality LPN to be responsible for onsite chart review and tracking, remote data mining in EHR systems, and direct provider outreach for year-round chart collection and abstraction.

WORK LOCATION: 19500 IH 10 W, San Antonio, TX  78257

PAY: $33.00

CONTRACT DATES: 8/41/25 - 2/1/26

HOURS: M-F, 8-5

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive medical records directly to onsite office.
• Review and track medical records received via mail.
• Review and track invoices received via mail.
• Maintain remote access to the required EHR systems.
• Data mine remotely for quality gap closure directly in EHR systems.
• Outreach to provider offices to request medical record data.
• Act as a SME for data collection and HEDIS® questions, asked by provider offices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Professional/Vocational Nurse.
• One or more years provider outreach and/or EHR system navigation.
• One or more years HEDIS®/STAR experience.
• Two or more years of experience with data. analysis/quality chart reviews. Must be able to review medical records and assess completeness.
  
• Experience using Microsoft office applications, including databases, word-processing, and Excel® spreadsheets.
• Certified Professional Coder is a plus.
• One or more years call center experience is preferred.
