    We are an established Clinical Research Site looking for someone to join our team to help identify, screen, and schedule potential subjects for our Clinical Research Studies.

    This involves reviewing Medical Charts, making phone calls, sending emails, and generally speaking with individuals interested in entering Clinical Research Trials to see if they qualify.

    If you like talking to people, have a firm grasp of Medical Vocabulary, and are motivated - this is the job for you! It's a great way to start with a fast growing company that has been in business for over 30 years.

    MUST HAVE:

    Experience in marketing, advertising, or sales experience including media and public relations activities

    Medical experience and/or education required

    Speak Spanish and English

    Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

    Effective organizational skills

    Job Duties will include:

    Screening potential volunteers for clinical trial participation - identify appropriate subjects and ask screening questions to see if qualify for study.

    Reviewing, entering, and editing patient information in clinical research software.

    Be familiar with inclusion and exclusion criteria for each protocol and purpose of the protocols.

    Review subject's pertinent past medical history to determine eligibility.

    Review current medications and medical conditions to determine if they are exclusionary.

    Assess volunteer's interest and willingness to commit to the course of the trial.

    Review subject history with MD or study coordinator as needed.
