    Job Description:

    We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator with a clinical background (Medical Assistant, LPN or similar) who is ready to expand into operational strategy and care coordination. This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands frontline care and is looking to broaden their impact through data-driven logistics, team coordination, and patient engagement programs.

    In this role, you'll support healthcare delivery workflows, participate in cross-functional planning, and receive structured training in care coordination. You'll also contribute to the development of AI-powered tools to drive efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and streamline service delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee provider scheduling, site coordination, and service execution to ensure seamless care delivery.
    • Support internal communications between clinical teams, clients, and operations staff.
    • Participate in care coordination training , with a focus on patient navigation, engagement, and health follow-up protocols.
    • Help onboard and guide new clinical staff in workflow processes, tools, and SOPs.
    • Track account status, flag care gaps, and coordinate follow-ups in partnership with clinical and quality teams.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and internal trackers to monitor logistics, provider coverage, and care continuity.
    • Serve as a liaison for clients and staff to troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure high satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with tech and product teams on light QA testing, tool feedback, and process improvements.
    • Assist with documentation and rollout of new SOPs, training resources, and operational protocols.
    • Contribute to initiatives involving service quality, logistics optimization, and performance reporting.
    • Explore and help deploy AI tools that automate scheduling, routing, and care planning.

    Requirements:

    • Clinical background required: Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or equivalent direct patient care experience.
    • Eager to transition into care coordination and healthcare operations; training and support provided.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred (in Public Health, Business, Nursing, Health Administration, or similar); relevant experience strongly considered.
    • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, logistics, or patient coordination (clinical or administrative).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
    • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Salesforce Einstein, or similar platforms).
    • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
    • Excellent communicator, highly organized, and a collaborative team player.
    • Must be able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan, NY.
