    About the Role:

    The Clinical Specialist provides clinical and technical support for product implementation, user training, and ongoing customer engagement. This field-based role works closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Bright Uro technology.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver in-person and remote training for onboarding and procedures.

    • Educate physicians, nurses, and staff on product use and best practices.

    • Provide clinical case support, including verbal guidance during procedures.

    • Troubleshoot technical issues and support field-based problem solving.

    • Gather field insights and share feedback with internal teams.

    • Partner with Sales to develop customized support strategies.

    • Create training materials, user guides, and clinical documentation.

    • Support pre-case planning and post-case reviews.

    • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM.

    • Represent Bright Uro at conferences, trade shows, and workshops.

    • Complete other duties or special projects as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including the ability to explain complex technology in clinical settings and work within cross-functional team environments.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.

    • High personal/professional integrity, trustworthiness, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.

    • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and maintain a results-oriented, positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to work well under pressure – and work independently in the field.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Willingness to travel up to 80-100%

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Background in urology, diagnostics, or minimally invasive technologies.

    • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and hospital device integrations.

    • Track record of supporting field-based product adoption.

    • Prior startup or early-stage company experience.

    • Experience with Microsoft Teams and CRMS.

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in clinical, biomedical, or life sciences (preferred).

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical support or medical device roles.

    • Experience in procedural settings (OR, catheter lab) preferred.

    • Knowledge of hospital workflows and device troubleshooting.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

    • Must be able to work extended amounts of time standing or sitting based on projects and priorities.
