Overview:
Our client is seeking experienced Clinical Specialists to support a growing coronary therapies portfolio across multiple U.S. regions. This role is ideally suited for professionals currently working as Clinical Specialists in the medical device industry who bring strong, hands-on experience supporting coronary cases in the cath lab.Clinical Specialists will serve as the in-procedure clinical expert, partnering closely with physicians and cath lab teams to support product utilization, education, and procedural success.
This role supports vascular and coronary applications, including IVUS and disposables, within cath lab and interventional environments.
Territory
- Central Region Preferred locations: Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-procedure clinical support during coronary interventions
- Partner with physicians and cath lab staff on product usage, technique, and workflow
- Serve as the clinical and technical expert for assigned accounts
- Conduct product in-services, evaluations, and onboarding
- Support procedural coverage and account growth in collaboration with the commercial team
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of coronary anatomy, interventional techniques, and clinical data
- Ability to support extensive regional and national travel, including overnight stays, as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile- RN, RCIS, RT, or equivalent clinical background
- 5+ years of cath lab experience with strong exposure to coronary and/or peripheral procedures
- Professionals actively supporting live coronary cases in cath lab environments
Also Considered- High-performing Cath Lab Technologists or RNs with significant coronary experience who are ready to transition into industry
Clinical & Product Experience (Preferred)- Coronary intervention products
- Liquid guide extension technologies

- MER™ or similar coronary-focused platforms?
Compensation & Benefits:- Base Salary: $120,000
- Bonus: Up to $30,000 (quarterly structure)
- Total Compensation Target: ~$150,000
- Car Allowance: $500/month
- Benefits: Fully paid medical coverage (employee + family)
