    About the Role:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    This is a customer-facing role where you will need to have a keen eye for procedural excellence, the ability to coach and guide clinicians in procedural settings, and be comfortable working and troubleshooting cloud-based technology. This role reports to the Sales Director. In this role, you will:

    • Deliver in-person and remote training for onboarding and procedures
    • Educate physicians, nurses, and staff on product use and best practices
    • Provide clinical case support, including guidance during procedures
    • Help clinicians establish workflows to be part of their daily routines
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and support field-based problem solving; creative thinking is welcomed!
    • Gather field insights and share feedback with internal teams
    • Partner with the Sales team to develop customized support strategies
    • Create training materials, user guides, and clinical documentation
    • Support pre-case planning and post-case reviews
    • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM (Hubspot)
    • Represent Bright Uro at conferences, trade shows, and workshops
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications :

    • A genuine desire to travel a lot. This role has at least 80% travel, and may have more than that
    • At least two years' Clinical Specialist experience in urology; CS experience in other fields will not be considered at this time
    • BS in a field that translates to Clinical Specialist work (clinical medicine, biomed engineering, etc.)
    • Prior start-up or similar experience in a fast-paced, self-driven work environment
    • High intelligence and EQ
    • Integrity, trustworthiness, and strong work ethic

    Nice to Have :

    • Background of teaching in any setting; this is a role of educating our clients
    • Beyond urology, a background in female pelvic medicine and/or prostate pelvic medicine is helpful
    • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and hospital device integrations
    • The ability and drive to help us grow the CS/Sales team with other great people

    Physical Requirements:

    • Lots of air and ground travel
    • Projects and activities may include extended sitting or standing
    • Ability to lift and carry a 30-50lb equipment case
