  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Staffing & Scheduling

    • Develop, manage, and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage based on census, acuity, and operational needs.
    • Coordinate shift assignments, replacements, and last-minute call-offs to maintain compliance and continuity of service.
    • Assist to monitor overtime, labor costs, and staffing efficiency; proactively adjust schedules to align with budget goals with leadership approval.
    • Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs
    • Ensure scheduling practices remain compliant with company policy and applicable labor regulations.
    • Maintain accurate scheduling records and reporting.
    • Assisting with screening applicants for clinical department and coordination with TAS on all recruitment efforts of the clinical department

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Qualifications/Skills/ Educational Requirements:**

    Level of Formal Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

    Years of Experience: 1 year

    Type of Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, workforce management, or staffing coordination (healthcare or senior living preferred)

    Special Certifications: N/A

    Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Information Systems: Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
