Job Title: Clinical Success Representative
Location: Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD (Remote-Based)(Also includes W. VA, VA, and MD)
Travel Requirement: 50–70% (local and regional travel required)

Compensation: $75K-$85K Base (D.O.E.) Plus $25K Performance Bonus

Position Summary:As a Clinical Success Representative (CSR), you will play a vital role in supporting dental professionals by delivering clinical education, product training, and chairside support for restorative and surgical solutions. You’ll work closely with sales, customer service, and technical teams to drive product adoption and ensure an exceptional customer experience across your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person and virtual clinical training and education to dentists, dental specialists, hygienists, and auxiliary team members.

• Provide chairside support during product trials, patient cases, and clinical implementations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on product portfolio including LOCATOR®, overdenture workflows, and restorative solutions.

• Conduct lunch & learns, study club presentations, and CE programs to support customer engagement and growth.

• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to identify training needs and strategic opportunities.

• Act as a clinical liaison for troubleshooting, customer support, and feedback collection.

• Maintain accurate documentation of visits, training sessions, and follow-ups using company tools.

• Attend trade shows, regional events, and industry meetings as a clinical ambassador company

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of clinical dental experience (RDH, CDA, RDA, or equivalent).

• Experience with implants, overdentures, or restorative procedures is highly preferred.

• Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently within the assigned territory.

• Must be based in or near Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD with reliable access to regional travel hubs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use CRM systems for reporting.
