Job Summary
Little Scholars Services (LSS) is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our ABA team! As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of practitioners, support their patient caseloads and treatment plans, and carry your own caseload of clients. You will play a key role in staff development, clinical quality, and compliance, helping LSS deliver exceptional, family-centered behavioral health care across Orange County. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in clinical/behavioral practice, experience managing caseloads and supervisees, and the interpersonal skills to lead a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular supervision meetings with RBTs, Mid-Tier Supervisors, and other clinical staff
Oversee training, onboarding, and ongoing development of new and existing staff
Design, review, and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Ensure compliance with applicable licensing board guidelines, state regulations, and payer/funder requirements (e.g., RCOC, DHCS, CCS, CHOC)
Provide leadership and guidance to staff regarding scheduling, caseload management, and treatment fidelity
Conduct clinical observations and provide performance feedback to direct-service staff
Collaborate with the Director of ABA & Behavior Support and other clinical directors on case coordination across ABA, Speech, OT, and Educational Therapy
Support families through progress updates, treatment planning meetings, and IEP/504 consultations as needed
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and payer standards
Qualifications
One of the following required: BCBA, Mid-Tier Supervisor credential, ACSW, AMFT, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent licensure/certification in good standing
Masters Degree Required
Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor or in a lead clinical role strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of treatment planning, case management, and behavioral/mental health regulations
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a clinical team, including scheduling, caseload oversight, and problem-solving
Experience working across clinic, home, school, and community settings a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
