Mass Pediatric ABA is located in Westford MA and services all surrounding towns including Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Andover.
Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a part-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to service clients and families through this hybrid position. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support.

Mass Pediatric ABA is offering a competitive hourly rate of $80–$90 per hour, based on education, experience, and clinical expertise. BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a sign on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment!
Our BCBA will:
● Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. All initial assessments must be completed in person.
● Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
● Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, with approximately 50% of supervision conducted in person.
● Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
● Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
● Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
● Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
● Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
Position Schedule & Work Environment
Hybrid position combining in-person and remote clinical responsibilities.
100% of initial assessments are conducted in person.
Approximately 50% of ongoing supervision is completed in person. Remaining supervision, documentation, treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration may be completed remotely.

Requirements:
Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA
Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
Previous ABA Experience
Completed CORI and Federal background check
Driver’s License
