    Position Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is a key role for a licensed professional who brings strong clinical expertise, team leadership skills, and a passion for helping others heal. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical services, supporting staff development, and ensuring that our care meets the highest standards of ethics, effectiveness, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide day-to-day supervision and support for clinical staff, ensuring quality, compassionate care is delivered to all clients

    Review and assist in developing individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices and client needs

    Conduct regular supervision sessions, performance evaluations, and ongoing training for clinical team members

    Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and state regulations

    Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and coordinated client care

    Lead the clinical response during client crises, ensuring safety protocols and appropriate interventions are followed

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and clinical best practices, and guide team in meeting those expectations

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field

    Current licensure in Pennsylvania (preferred but not required)

    Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in substance use treatment

    Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a behavioral health or residential treatment setting

    Strong understanding of addiction treatment models including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care

    Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team

    Proficient in clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planning

    High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality
