    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team in Glens Falls, NY.     Responsibilities:

    Provide clinical supervision and oversight to therapists, counselors, and other mental health staff

    Conduct individual supervision sessions to support clinician development and case management

    Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards across all client care

    Review and co-sign clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes as required

    Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development initiatives

    Collaborate with clinic leadership to maintain quality assurance and improve clinical outcomes

    Serve as a clinical resource for complex or high-risk cases, providing guidance and crisis support

    Maintain a reduced caseload and responsibilities associated with this

    Requirements:

    Active, unrestricted licensure in New York State (LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMFT-D)

    Will accept applicants that are on the path to gaining Diagnostic Privilege

    Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting

    Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

    Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices

    Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills

    Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
