    HOW YOU WILL PARTNER WITH THE PARTICIPANTS

    The Clinical Supervisor/Facilities Manager oversees daily program operations and works in conjunction with the clinical team to provide peer support and inspiration to encourage clients throughout their recovery journey in a manner that is respectful, therapeutic, and free from abuse, neglect

    THE TYPICAL DAY OF THE FACILITIES MANAGER

    Provide supervision, training, coaching, discipline and performance evaluation for Peer and ADT staff.

    Manage the job scheduling calendar in accordance with state staffing pattern requirements.

    Oversee initial intake process of new admissions in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

    Create and monitor medication observation log in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Administer medication - If in possession of a Certified Medical Technician document.

    Create Operations and all-staff meeting agenda.

    Oversee facility purchases such as; grocery, office supplies, and miscellaneous items.

    Educate and empower participants to utilize recovery support services and strategies

    Upon request, attend health-related appointments with participants and promote self-advocacy, where necessary, communicate effectively on his/her behalf.

    Participate in treatment plan, all staff, and other pertinent service-delivery meetings and trainings.

    Relay ideas and concerns to the direct supervisor to ensure client needs are met.

    Adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), ethics,professional boundaries and anti kickback regulations,and medicaid fraud laws.

    Assist in recruiting and orienting new clients into the program.

    Assist with uploading service notes, intake, incident reports, medication observation/administration forms in accordance with agency policy and procedures.

    Document medication usage for prescription and over-the-counter medication as ordered by a physician and in accordance with State and Agency rules, statutes, and policy and procedures.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS

    CAC AD credential preferred.

    Knowledge of and proficiency with using electronic management record systems.

    One or more years of addictions experience.

    Experience with and knowledge of the public MH/DD/SA system.

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

    ● Basic math skills. Ability to read, write and understand the language of the person served and read and write in English.

    ● Serve as a role model for professional and support staff, by consistently conducting him/herself in a professional and ethical manner.

    ● Comply with Federal Anti-Kickback and Fraud Laws.

    ● Maintain therapeutic boundaries with consumers, families, and guardians.

    ● Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA as related to confidentiality of information specific to persons served.

    ● Basic understanding or willingness to learn medications prescribed to persons served.
