    House of Hope, a non-profit organization providing residential treatment to individuals suffering from substance abuse, is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join the team. The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in providing direction, leadership, and management of the resident substance abuse program. In this strategic role your responsibilities will include overseeing and leading a team of clinical service professionals.

    Required License:

    · LCSW or LMHC licensed in the state of Florida.

    Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

    · Five (5) years: Addiction or mental health treatment.

    · Two (2) years: Supervisory experience.

    · Excellent communication Skills

    · Able to work with a diverse range of clients and staff.

    · Computer Literate

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Ensure clients receive quality clinical services and therapeutic treatment.

    · Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, 65D-30, contracts, and CARF standards.

    · Provide weekly supervision to clinicians.

    · Ensure clinical documentation is completed on time and individualized.

    · Participate in all clinical aspects of monitoring, certification, and accreditation meetings.

    · Coordinate discharges.

    · Communicate with Judges, outside case managers and community providers. · Responsible for new clinical staff orientation and training, including monitoring work for accuracy during introductory period.

    · Actively participate in Performance Improvement Committee Activities.

    · Facilitate monthly peer review.

    · Ensure curriculum is followed with fidelity.
