Clinical Supervisor needed in Boardman, OR

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $65,500 - $119,500 based on experience, and/or license

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Oversees daily activities of assigned mental health and/or addictions clinicians
• Plans, assigns, directs, and reviews work of mental health therapists
• Ensures compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
• Monitors quality assurance and clinical documentation standards

Requirements

Clinical Supervisor I

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, sociology, or a related human services field
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience delivering clinical services
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Clinical Supervisor II

• Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred
