Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work

Active license in the state of Iowa

Current supervision certification or willingness to obtain certification (company will cover supervision certification costs)

Dedication to ethical, client-centered, evidence-based practice

Commitment to personal and professional growth

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
