    California-based LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC Grow Through Life Counseling is a clinician-led group practice committed to supporting emotional wellness in children, teens, adults, couples, and families across San Diego and Riverside Counties - and now, virtually across California! Your role as a Clinical Supervisor: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for direct care of clients and caseload, and clinical supervision for up to 6 associate clinicians at a designated office. We have both full-time and part-time roles available: • Part-time: 8-24 hours per week • Full-time (benefit eligible): 25-40 hours per week This is a group private practice and an hourly position. The majority of hours are onsite, but some options for work remote (hybrid). Why Join Grow Through Life Counseling? • Clinician-led and family-centered • In-person positions available with a dedicated treatment room • Dedicated intake and billing staff are provided • Consistent referrals to build a caseload quickly • Minimal paperwork - maximized client care • Supportive, collaborative culture • Career advancement and clinical leadership pathways • Competitive compensation with full-time benefits • Paid supervision • Paid onboarding mentor program • Paid administration time • All-age populations with a specialty focus on children and teens Responsibilities: All the responsibilities we will trust you with: • Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for your own caseload across the lifespan • Provide triadic clinical supervision for up to 6 associates, depending on practice needs • Review and sign notes for supervisees • Provide feedback to the Regional Director for upcoming employee reviews • Ensure adherence to all established clinical protocols, procedures, and quality of care standards • Collaborates with other departments within the practice to maintain and provide a great client care experience for client(s) • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture across all program teams, consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the region and the practice Qualifications: You will be required to meet the following: • Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California for at least 2 years • Invested interest in providing direct care • Desire to teach and train associate therapists • Complete documentation within 72 hours • Able to work prime time hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours as needed • Able to answer after-hours or weekend calls of supervisees for emergent situations • Provide substitute supervision for practice as needed • Proficient in computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new programs, systems, and/or processes • General knowledge of office skills, use of office equipment (copier, laser printers, fax machine, telephones, computers) • Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines • Must possess effective written and oral communication and social skills • Excellent written and verbal skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar • Bilingual fluency a plus • Possess a high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability • Professional image and demeanor • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multitask, and manage timely documentation • Being consistent, punctual, and having reliable attendance • Having a strong ability to communicate effectively and work well with others in a collaborative, respectful manner Compensation: $50 - $64 hourly
