    CA LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC Great opportunity for eligible California-based LCSW/LMFT/LPCC professionals to supervise onsite We have both full-time (full benefits) and part-time roles available. Option for part-time role or some (not all) work from home hybrid role as well. We are seeking an experienced clinical supervisor focused on outpatient care of high to moderate functioning all ages of clients and overall clinical supervision and team support to a clinical team. This is both a supervisor and direct care role! • Minimum 4 + years of clinical experience required and 2+ years post licensure • Supervise associate clinicians • Provide exceptional patient care • Work with the Clinical Director for consultation and support • Consult with licensed clinicians • Uphold legal and ethical codes of the profession • Provide great client care • Provide Supervision to pre-licensed associates • Model positivity and continuous support California licensure is mandatory, and we have a minimum one-year commitment. This is a group private practice and an hourly position. Option for full-time 40+ hours per week with benefits or a part-time role with fewer benefits available. The majority of hours are onsite, but some options for work from home hybrid as well. Our Great Full-Time Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with employer match • Paid Sick Leave • Paid Vacation Time • Paid Personal Time • Paid Holidays • Company-wide sponsored events, such as outings and celebrations • Mentorship program • Prioritized work-life balance to help you thrive both professionally and personally • Support and consultation as needed • Unlimited CEU's • Unlimited Flex Time- we are family-friendly! • Caring culture with caring people • Clinician-led organization Responsibilities: • Supervise a maximum of 6 associates in outpatient counseling in San Diego, CA, providing guidance and support for their clients' care • Foster a passion for teaching early-career therapists • Be motivated to see clients while fulfilling supervisory duties • Enjoy direct care with minimal paperwork • Desire to work with clients while holding a leadership role • Open to opportunities for growth • Desire to care for local patients in our communities • Collaborate with clinical supervisors from other locations • Collaborate and partner with the Directors • Support location needs and coordinate with operations and HR on staff needs • Review & sign notes of associate therapists under supervision • Conduct weekly reviews of associate cases and notes • Know and uphold office policies and procedures • Carry a caseload of clients for in-office and telehealth sessions, ensuring excellent clinical care • Electronically document sessions and supervision using an electronic health record software • Manage scheduling for active patients within the software system • Maintain a professional license and Clinical Supervision CEUs at all times • Hold Professional Liability insurance for direct care and supervision • Foster a positive and supportive growth relationship with associates • Adhere to the BBS law and ethics standards for supervisors Qualifications: • An active BBS license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required for this role • Outpatient counseling experience (2+ years) • Proficient in conducting assessments and making diagnoses • Provide a quality experience in delivering outpatient care • Skilled and knowledgeable in developing treatment plans independently • Possess a willingness to work with couples • Experience with military populations is preferred • Must be a collaborative team player • Notes completion and review of notes in a timely manner • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and respond promptly • A firm understanding and adherence to clinical boundaries • Dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work culture • Bilingual (preferred) Compensation: $50 - $64 hourly
