    Job Summary

    My Serenity Mental Wellness is seeking a compassionate Associate Therapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC) to join our MSMW family!

    This is a Part-Time to Full Time position!

    Responsibilities

    Provide Individual and Group Supervision

    Conduct regular meetings with staff and advisory boards

    Oversee training and development of new and existing staff

    Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

    Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff in regards to scheduling and treatment plans

    Will also carry a caseload weekly

    Complete progress notes and approve supervisees progress notes, Assessments, Treatment Plans, and other medical records

    As a leader, provide mental health trainings, and other trainings related for the development of staff

    Maintain a positive and productive team culture by providing clear direction, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring adherence to company policies and expectations.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is preferred

    The required licensing/certification to perform this role

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations

    Demonstrate ability to manage others, including handling scheduling and problem-solving

    Flexible work from home options available.
