    PRO Companies is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Northeast, PA, and help lead high-quality behavioral health services!

    What You’ll Do:

    The ABA Clinical Supervisor is well versed in the principles and applications of Applied Behavior Analysis and its use in the treatment of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. The ABA Clinical Supervisor provides management and supervision of clinicians and technicians with assigned client care activities, and works in conjunction with other team members to ensure appropriate clinical services that meet the client’s treatment goals. This position requires the ability to work with all members of the clinical team and provide ongoing clinical support, training and supervision, and to complete regular performance evaluations of assigned staff. The Clinical Supervisor also interacts with families and caregivers as requested, and collaborates with the office team to ensure client services are up to date.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Maintain a caseload of 3–5 clients and/or about 15-20 billable hours of direct service per week.
    • Support the provision and coordination of care from admission to discharge, including comprehensive ongoing assessments of clients’ needs.
    • Perform on site treatment and/or supervisory visits to assess the client, family, environment, and clinical staff. Work directly and indirectly with clients, families and staff in relation to behavioral and skill assessments, development and implementation of treatment plans, ongoing data collection and analysis to assess client progress, and submission of all required documentation.
    • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of behavioral services.
    • Analyze data and clinical information.
    • Identify opportunities for collaboration with all stakeholders to improve services and client outcomes.
    • Support staff in developing accurate and timely clinical updates and work with the clinical team and staff to obtain re-authorization for continued care, as needed.
    • Provide ongoing orientation, training, support and supervision of clinical field staff.
    • Contribute to the education and professional development of co-workers.
    • Participate in employment decisions affecting the ABA practice, including hiring, training, coaching and termination, as needed.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and professional standards within the state of practice.
    • Provide best practice in delivery of ABA services to the appropriate population and adhere to the BACB© Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
    • Base decisions and actions on ethical principles and foster a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory climate in a manner sensitive to socio-cultural diversity.
    • Promote an environment of quality and safe client care through participation, development, and adherence to the QA plan and associated activities and metrics.
    • Achieve fluency with electronic tools to plan, program and monitor client progress (e.g., graphing software).

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree and current certification by the national Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BCBA).
    • Licensure in state of practice.
    • Valid Driver’s license.
    • Minimum of three years of experience in home, clinic or school based ABA programming and demonstrated knowledge, experience and ability to administer ABA programs effectively.

    Additional state specific requirements

    • Fluency within 6 months of employment of regulatory responsibilities for behavioral health services and Applied Behavior Analysis in the state of practice.

    Preferences

    • Minimum two (2) years of recent experience as a BCBA with pediatric population.
