Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for mental health and a talent for guiding others? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health to join our team and help shape the future of care for children, adults, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of individual and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention services.
- Ensure clinical services meet the highest standards of care and comply with Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations.
- Provide direct supervision to clinicians and interns, fostering professional growth and excellence in clinical practice.
- Participate in bi-weekly supervision with the Clinic Director and Administrative Director to support alignment with program goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Requirements:
- Master's level clinician with a degree in social work, LCSW required
- Minimum three years' experience in a clinic serving children/adolescents and families and one year as a supervisor.
- Experience working with adult and child populations
- Demonstrated understanding of the interrelated functions of Child Welfare, the Office of Mental Health (OMH), and the Education system, and how these systems collaboratively impact child and family services
- Office of Mental Health experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
