    Job Summary

    TruVine Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing individualized care plans, conducting patient assessments, and supporting our marketing efforts to expand community outreach. You’re an RN who leads with heart, communicates with clarity, and thrives on solving problems to improve lives.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans and participate in audits.

    Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting and ensure timely documentation

    Assist with orientation of new hires and continuing professional development of established staff

    Maintain accurate records of patient care and report changes in condition

    Supervise and support field nurses, CNA’s, and HHA’s, ensuring compliance with agency protocols and state regulations

    Participate in marketing initiatives, including community outreach, referral development, and promoting TruVine’s services to healthcare partners

    Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery

    Identify and evaluate patient needs and appropriateness of home care, by reviewing the initial intake screening

    Administer 2 step TB testing for employees

    Appraise staff performance, provide teaching and counseling to enhance the delivery of services and the professional development of nursing and home health aide staff.

    Remain available during business hours

    Perform other duties as directed by the Administrator

    Qualifications

    Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

    Previous experience in home healthcare or supervisory nursing preferred

    Strong interpersonal, assessment, and client care skills

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Current First Aid and CPR certification

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    Comfortable engaging in marketing and outreach activities
