Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $65,500 - $119,500 based on experience, and/or license

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Provide daily clinical supervision and ensure use of evidence-based practices.
- Review and sign assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
- Oversee timely, professional clinical paperwork and service delivery.
- Participate in 24/7 emergency crisis rotation and on-call supervision.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff; manage disciplinary actions.
- Conduct abuse/neglect investigations and implement safety plans.
- Manage civil commitment processes and utilization reviews.
- Maintain a caseload and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
Requirements:
Clinical Supervisor I:
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, sociology, or a related human services field
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience delivering clinical services
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Crisis experience preferred
Clinical Supervisor II:
- Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred
- Crisis experience preferred
