Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $65,500 - $119,500 based on experience, and/or license

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Provide daily clinical supervision to clinicians and QMHA staff.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and strong clinical outcomes.Oversee timely, professional completion of documentation and clinical work
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and, if needed, discipline staff.
• Overseeing the residential facility

Requirements

Clinical Supervisor I

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, sociology, or a related human services field
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience delivering clinical services
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Clinical Supervisor II

• Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred
