    Are you an experienced, certified LPN looking to bring both clinical skill and compassionate care to a mission-driven team? United Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse to partner with a Nurse Practitioner in delivering exceptional mobile wound care across St. Louis and surrounding areas.

    This is a hybrid field-and-clinic role with high autonomy, meaningful patient interaction, and a healthy team culture. You’ll perform hands-on clinical tasks and serve as a vital connector between patients, providers, and families.

    • Dressing changes, vitals, and assessments done with clinical excellence
    • Accurate, timely documentation (chart within 48 hours!)
    • Seamless coordination with patients, families, and care partners

    • Patients and families feeling heard, helped, and cared for

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist Nurse Practitioner during home and clinic-based visits
    • Perform wound care procedures and patient assessments under supervision
    • Document visits thoroughly in the EMR system
    • Manage mobile supply inventory and equipment
    • Coordinate testing, imaging, and follow-up care
    • Educate patients and families on wound care plans
    • Maintain infection control and safety standards

    Requirements

    • Active LPN license in Missouri
    • 2+ years of clinical experience
    • Wound care certification (WCC, CWCA, or similar required)
    • Home health or mobile care experience preferred
    • Tech-friendly and confident with EMRs
    • Reliable transportation (travel within STL, St. Charles, and nearby)
    • Professional, adaptable, and highly reliable
    • Great with people – patients, teammates, and partners
