    Hallmark Youthcare is seeking applications for Clinical Therapist, for VA

    licensed (or licensable) mental health providers.

    Hallmark is an inpatient psychiatric residential treatment facility for boys & girls 10 -17 years old.

    • Treatment specialty tracks include: General Psych, Assessment & Diagnostic, Substance

    Use Disorder, and TSAY

    • Length of stay ranges from 2 – 6 months

    • All patients meet criteria for inpatient mental health services

    • Trauma-Informed Care treatment model that focuses on stabilization and reunification with

    family/community

    • In addition to the Therapist the multi-system treatment team includes; Psychiatrists,

    Physician and nursing staff, caseworker, activity therapy, teachers, and direct care staff

    The Therapist is a critical member of the treatment team, providing the following services:

    • Individual, group, and family therapy sessions for a target full-time case loads of 8 patients

    • Stabilization and crisis management

    • Clinical lead in each client’s Individual Treatment and Discharge Plan

    Salary: Pay commensurate with experience, beginning at $72,000

    per year

    Location: 12800 West Creek Parkway Richmond, VA 23238

    Hours: M-F 9 - 5

    Requirements:

    • Virginia licensed, or licensable: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (supervision available for each)

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment and crisis

    management.

    • Able to provide weekly individual, family and group therapies.

    • Able to display organization and time management skills to adequately manage all

    documentation requirements associated with your caseload.

    • Competence in age related or specialty issues and developmental needs necessary

    to provide care to the specific ages served.

    • Able to communicate directly and effectively with an interdisciplinary team

    • Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality, display maturity, and respect

    together with flexibility, diplomacy, and tactfulness.

    • Microsoft Office Software/Applications.
