About the Role:

Healing Arts Institute of South Florida is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join their compassionate team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as clinically appropriate

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care

Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development

Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field

Active Florida licensure or licensure eligibility (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or registered intern status)

Experience providing direct clinical therapy services in a behavioral health or mental health setting

Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or motivational interviewing

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clinical documentation

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Empathetic, client-centered approach with a commitment to cultural competency
