Clinical Training & Readiness Grant Program Administrator
Our Indiana public sector client is leading a multi-year, federally funded rural health transformation initiative focused on strengthening healthcare delivery, workforce capacity, and health outcomes across the state. This effort supports system-wide innovation, regional collaboration, infrastructure development, and expanded access to care for underserved and rural communities.
This role contributes directly to statewide transformation efforts aimed at improving care coordination, integrating services across the health system, and driving sustainable, equitable health outcomes in underserved regions.
Description of Duties:
The Grant Program Administrator will support coordination and administration of clinical training and readiness initiatives within a structured public-sector environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting administration of workforce development and clinical training initiatives
- Coordinating program activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Assisting with grant management, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Supporting budget monitoring and reporting activities
- Facilitating communication among healthcare providers, training partners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining organized records and structured program documentation
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
- Experience supporting program administration within public health, workforce development, or healthcare environments
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Familiarity with compliance, budgeting, and reporting requirements for state or federal grants
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
Working Schedule and Travel:
- Hybrid – Indianapolis (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, administration, business, or related field
