Seeking a Clinically Licensed Therapist with a Master's Degree or higher (a MUST), plus Supervisory experience, preferred. TSG [The Sibley Group] is a private group psychotherapy practice in Washington, DC, of child, teen, adult/parent, couples/family specialists–[3 locations, 20+ therapists]. TSG was founded by Allison Sibley, Phd, MSW, LICSW, who has practiced, taught, and consulted as a play therapist, teen expert, and family/couples/parent treatment provider for almost 30 years. TSG seeks a clinically licensed therapist with experience in child/teen psychotherapy, parent work, and family or couples therapy. The ideal candidate has prior experience providing play therapy to children (APT-approved training—RPT: Registered Play Therapist, or RPT-S: Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor preferred) and/or psychotherapy with teens. The best applicants for TSG are therapists who want to build a high-quality practice, develop their professional skills in a team environment, and pursue clinical leadership opportunities within a group practice. This position is primarily in-person (50%+), with some opportunity to work remotely. An excellent team environment is available. Therapists at TSG provide sessions after school and in the evening.
