Inner-Circle Communities LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinician I (LSW/LPC) to join their growing team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients across diverse populations
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and support services
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, agency policies, and state licensing requirements
Requirements:
Active LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensure in the state of Ohio
Bacholor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or community-based setting preferred
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse and underserved populations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
