    Job Summary APTT is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide clinical supervision for Associate-level PhD or PsyD therapists. This is a part-time, independent contractor role starting with 1–3 hours per week, with the potential to expand. The Supervisor will ensure high-quality clinical care, compliance with California Board requirements, and support the professional development of supervisees.

    Responsibilities

    Provide clinical supervision to Associate PhD/PsyD therapists in accordance with California Board regulations

    Review and co-sign clinical documentation as needed

    Offer guidance on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ethical standards, laws, and regulations governing the profession

    Provide constructive feedback to support supervisee growth and competency

    Document supervision hours and maintain required records for board compliance

    Participate in periodic practice meetings and collaborate with leadership as needed

    Qualifications

    Doctorate of Psychology (Ph.D., EdD, PsyD)

    Currently licensed by the California State Board of Psychology in good standing

    Completion of Supervisor-required CEUs under California Board regulations

    Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (supervision experience preferred)

    Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

    Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive clinical practice
