  • Responsibilities
    • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evening Shift)

    Join a dedicated team providing critical outpatient services. We are looking for an experienced Clinician III to lead assessments, facilitate therapy, and provide clinical oversight for our SUD programs.

    • Conduct complex clinical assessments, including Comprehensive Needs Assessments, Risk Assessments, DLA-20s, and Columbia Suicide Assessments.
    • Develop comprehensive treatment plans for IOP and expanded SUD services, including quarterly reviews.
    • Manage Medicaid authorizations and re-authorizations to ensure seamless care.

      • Minimum Qualifications

      • Education: 4-year degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, etc.).
      • Experience: 5+ years of clinical experience (Counselor, Therapist, Social Worker, etc.) OR 9 years of combined education and experience.
      • Licensure: Must be licensed as an LCSW, LMHP, LPC, or LCP (or license-eligible LPC) with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
      • Credentials: Valid DMV driver’s license.
      • Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
