Job Summary We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Clinician to join our team and provide high-quality mental health support to children, families, and individuals. In this role, you’ll provide counseling, complete assessments, support treatment planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help clients thrive.
Schedule
Part-time, in-person position
Required to work at both our Bridgeport and Shelton locations
Evening and weekend availability required
Flexible scheduling based on availability and client needs
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches
Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
Support clients through crisis intervention when needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation (HIPAA compliant)
Collaborate with families and care teams to support client progress
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LMSW, or equivalent)
At least 2 years of clinical experience
Experience working with diverse populations; experience with children and families is a plus
