Clinician Position – LCSW / LPC

MFK Counseling Hillsborough, NJ

MFK Counseling is seeking a motivated and reliable LCSW or LPC to join our outpatient group practice. We are looking for a clinician who is comfortable working with a diverse client population across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing quality care, able to maintain a consistent caseload, and committed to working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

This is a fee-for-service position with flexible scheduling and referral support provided by the practice.

Position Requirements

Active NJ LCSW or LPC license required

Must be willing to work with children and adolescents

Willingness to work evening hours required

Must maintain a caseload of approximately 15–25 clients per week

Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner

Strong communication, organization, and professionalism

Preferred Experience

Experience working with:

Anxiety

Depression

Trauma

Behavioral concerns

School-related issues

Family/parenting concerns
