Full-Time Clinician – Women’s Residential Treatment

Momenta Recovery is a women-only residential treatment center in Glenwood Springs, CO, providing trauma-informed, relationship-centered care for women navigating substance use and co-occurring disorders. We’re seeking a full-time clinician who wants meaningful therapeutic work, strong clinical support, and a balanced pace of care.

What You’ll Do

1. Provide individual and group therapy to women in residential treatment
2. Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
3. Collaborate with medical, case management, and recovery support teams
4. Maintain timely, ethical, and clinically sound documentation
5. Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical consultation
6. Support clients through trauma-informed, strengths-based care

Who We’re Looking For

1. Licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
2. Experience in substance use, trauma, women’s mental health, or residential treatment preferred
3. Strong clinical boundaries and relational skills
4. Comfortable working in a structured residential environment
5. Values teamwork, growth, and client-centered care
